Refund Policy

We want you to love your Osborn Creations 3D print. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before ordering to ensure the item fits your needs. That said, we offer a 10-day return window beginning the day you receive your item(s).

Eligible Returns We accept returns if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the product description provided. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us and we'll respond within 24 hours. Please wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back, as an authorization is required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order within 10 days of delivery. If your print is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, items that have been modified, painted, or used cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, reach out before ordering.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
