We Do Manufacturing: 3D Printed Parts, Prototypes & Production Runs

Most people know Osborn Creations 3D for our retail products — battery holders, hunting gear, fidgets, and more. But there's another side of our business that we want more people to know about: we're a full-service 3D printing manufacturer.

If you have a part that needs to be made, a product idea that needs a prototype, or a production run that needs to be fulfilled — we can help.

Prototyping

Got an idea but no physical product yet? Prototyping is where we shine. We work with you to take your concept — whether it's a sketch, a description, or a CAD file — and turn it into a real, physical prototype you can hold, test, and refine.

The prototyping process with us looks like this:

  • You share your idea, sketch, or file
  • We review it and ask the right questions about fit, function, and material
  • We design or refine the 3D model
  • We print a prototype and ship it to you
  • You test it, give feedback, and we iterate until it's right

Most prototypes are turned around in 3–5 business days. No minimum quantities. No tooling costs. Just fast, affordable prototyping that lets you validate your idea before committing to full production.

Short-Run Production

Once your prototype is approved, we can move straight into production. Our print farm lets us run multiple units simultaneously, making short runs of 10, 50, or 100+ units economically viable — something traditional manufacturing simply can't match at these quantities.

Short-run production is ideal for:

  • New product launches where you want to test the market before scaling
  • Custom parts for a specific project or client
  • Replacement parts for equipment or products
  • Promotional or branded items in small quantities
  • Niche products with consistent but lower demand

Custom Parts for Businesses

We work with businesses of all sizes to produce custom parts on demand. Jigs, fixtures, enclosures, brackets, housings, tooling aids — if it can be 3D printed, we can make it. And because we operate our own print farm, we can turn orders around faster and more affordably than outsourcing to a large contract manufacturer.

Why Work With Us?

  • Fast turnaround — most orders ship within 3–7 business days
  • No minimums — order 1 unit or 500
  • No tooling costs — go straight from design to production
  • Direct communication — you work directly with us, not a call center
  • Quality guaranteed — every part is inspected before it ships
  • Design services available — don't have a CAD file? We can design it for you
